proposer un <strong>stage f\u00e9minin<\/strong> le <strong>samedi 16 mai 2026<\/strong> \u00e0 Strasbourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette journ\u00e9e s\u2019adresse \u00e0 toutes les pratiquantes, quel que soit leur niveau, avec un objectif simple : <strong>partager un moment sportif, progresser et \u00e9changer dans une ambiance conviviale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un moment convivial pour lancer la journ\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le stage d\u00e9butera par un <strong>repas convivial<\/strong> permettant aux participantes de faire connaissance et d\u2019\u00e9changer dans un cadre d\u00e9tendu :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd52 <strong>Horaires du repas : 12h30 \u2013 14h<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf5d <strong>Menu : bolognaise + dessert + boisson<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un apr\u00e8s-midi d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la pratique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Place ensuite au jeu avec un <strong>stage encadr\u00e9<\/strong>, orient\u00e9 vers le plaisir de jouer, la progression technique et les \u00e9changes entre participantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd52 <strong>Horaires du stage : 14h \u2013
